Zakynthos Architects – About Us

The Technical – Architects Office is located in Tsilivi on the island of Zakynthos and employs experienced architects graduated in Italy. It is committed to the design and construction of every type of private project. Zante is a very green island that has inspired poets like Solomos and Foscolo. It was protected by the Venetians during the years of slavery by the Turks and was completely destroyed after a great earthquake in 1953. The reconstruction that followed, had to cover the essential need to have a roof and afterwards in the 80s to serve the needs of the tourists, so the architectural features of the island have been lost. Today, we must return to the main principles, combine technology with tradition, the way of life of contemporary man with nature to make the “fior di Levante” flourish again.

Bearing in mind all this, the Technical – Architects Office, proposes projects and constructions, which are combined with the landscape and the natural beauty of the island with care and respect to the design and needs of contemporary man. We use new and natural materials to deliver to our clients the house of their dreams.

Every year, many visitors to the island arrive at our office, looking for land or houses for sale. To help them, we have obtained the license of Real Estate Agency (Real Estate). To our site are presented some selected properties (land and buildings)
